ARNOLD ARBORETUM

The central jewel in the Emerald Necklace, the ARNOLD ARBORETUM is one of the few places in Boston where the city really falls away. You can probably get high off the scent of the lilac bushes in May, but wander onto the trail that crests the hills and you'll swear you've stumbled into Lothlorien.
