The MINUTEMAN BIKEWAY, an 11-mile, tree-lined path running through Cambridge, Arlington, Lexington, and Bedford, replaces cars, potholes, and concrete barriers with joggers, in-line skaters, and lush greenery — perfect for wandering thoughts about the building blocks of the universe. If science isn't your bag, there's plenty of history to contemplate, as the route roughly follows the path Paul Revere took on the 18th of April, 1775.
