We can only guess that when MISTY KALKOFEN was waitressing at the Lizard Lounge while studying for her masters at Harvard Divinity School, the Wisconsin native didn't foresee that her spiritual expertise would ultimately be dispensed to worshippers at the Church of the Jigger and Shaker. Having perfected her craft at Boston's most highly praised cocktail sanctuaries, she's become one of the most recognized (and respected) bartenders not only to thirsty Bostonians who appreciate her bespoke cocktails and jubilant yet professional manner at Drink, but to cocktailians nationwide. She's served her own signature cocktail at the James Beard Awards and appeared in Wine Enthusiast and Bon Appetit. But it's her regular appearance at Drink that gets the biggest cheers.
