This year Phoenix reader/voters deferred to Korean-American youth, who have made BUK KYUNG II their headquarters for big dishes of fried morsels, noodle soups, and the all-important "jajangmyun" — long noodles in an irresistible black sauce. Indeed, there are now other strong Korean options nearby to catch the overflow, but the original Chinese-influenced modern cuisine here is still the magnet.
