We love you, college students — we really do — but there’s something special about summer, when you guys go back to your hometowns for your baby-sitting/lawn-mowing jobs, and the city quiets . . . and, most important, bar seats open up. Perhaps the best way to enjoy the warmth and decimated population: beers on the patio at SHAY’S PUB & WINE BAR.
