With great waffles and griddle cakes, beautiful plates of breakfast eggs, vegetarian-friendly options, and a profusion of creative sandwiches, burgers, and burritos, the new Toast quickly built a large, rabid following. Late-night hours and a solid list of beverages— including beer, wine, cordial-based cocktails, coffee, and frappes— haven’t hurt a bit.
