For now, there will be no battle — Phoenix readers have declared Pearl Art and Craft their favorite of 2009, perhaps valuing its enormous size and extensive selection of arts-and-crafts paraphernalia of all types, from yarn, to gilding kits, to easels and charcoal pencils. The folks at the nearby worthy competition are likely sharpening their No. 11 Exacto blades already.
