Oh, NUMBER 1. They knew what they were doing when they named you. Could you be any more timely? Any more convenient? You are Mass Ave. From Harvard to Central, MIT, and Hynes, you bend with the times at Symphony Hall and barrel your way to Dudley Station. Every eight minutes during rush hour? You spoil us. You even leave after last call, 1:10 am from Harvard and 1:03 am from Dudley, getting us home safe and warm and happy. We almost wish we didn't know you, for you make all others pale in comparison: the 47 is a cruel joke, the SL1 a tunnel snake.
