The dishes here are always fresh, satisfyingly tasty, and well, pretty damn healthy compared with most other Americanized Chinese food options around. Order the green-tea buckwheat noodles stir-fried with mushrooms, peppers, scallions, bean sprouts, and bok choy, and you’ll wonder why you ever bothered with greasy, served-in-Styrofoam chow mein. Golden Temple isn’t as authentic as many Chinatown restaurants, but the soaring ceilings, chic E Room Bar, and expansive menu full of healthful options will keep you coming back.
