Chris Schlessinger does it again, with his ode to the quintessential handheld meal. The ALL STAR SANDWICH BAR has got the sammich goin’ on. Start with the poutine, end with the fudge brownies, and in between, maul a “Beef on Weck,” “Veggie Cuban,” “Gobbler” (house-roasted turkey layered with apple-sausage stuffing and orange-cranberry relish), or, if you’re a masochist, the “Atomic Meatloaf Meltdown,” which features Schlessinger’s signature Inner Beauty Hot Sauce, born with a vengeance, at the East Coast Grill. It will melt your face off. Take it as a challenge if you must.
