Upon first glance, UBURGER is an odd duck. Corrugated metal walls, sterile-looking tables, and a food-court ambiance make for a skeptical entrance, but one bite of a juicy, house-ground sirloin patty will make you a fan for life. All of the burgers here are cooked to order, then piled high with your choice of fixin’s. Pair a Cowboy Burger (barbecue sauce, melted jack cheese, crispy bacon, and sautéed mushrooms) with a fistful of hand-cut shoestring fries, or, better yet, the onion rings: crispy golden circles of magic.
