As made evident around Boston in the mid-late 2000s at nights like Paper and the early days of Throwed, sometimes kids that grow up emo get older and just wanna dance. Head Automatica took the hardcore smarts of Glassjaw’s Daryl Palumbo and Jarvis Holden of Give Up The Ghost/American Nightmare and refracted off a dance-punk disco ball, and “Beating Heart Baby” remains the cream of the pop.
