6. Alien Sex Fiend | "Now I'm Feeling Zombified"

At first, the title comes across like a playful bit of macabre hyperbole. Alien Sex Fiend can’t know what it feels like to be zombiefied. Only zombies know that, and zombies are incapable of writing songs about their feelings. They cannot create art. They can only seek out brains, hopefully for eating. But after exploring the narcotic swamp of electric delirium Nik Fiend has snarled over since the early-’80s, it doesn’t seem impossible that by the time they penned this 1990 fornicator of a song, Alien Sex Fiend knew exactly how it feels to join an undead mob with a tunnel-vision cravin’ for that sweet, gray, skull meat. If so, rest assured, we never want how that happened.
