Often called one of the signs of the inevitable Britpop apocalypse, this band - put together by one of the genre's chroniclers, music journalist Cliff Jones - at least provided one last gasp of hedonistic hand clap and falsetto pop in 1999 that sounded a lot like, well, its name.
